The team found themselves juggling spreadsheets, emails, and outdated systems while trying to scale a recruiting operation that needed to move faster every year.

So they did what many innovators do when the market doesn’t offer the right solution.

They built their own.

What started as an internal recruiting tool quickly became the backbone of their hiring operation.
