Agile ATS allows users to add candidates to the system so you can conduct recruiting activity against the candidates in your database.
2 Ways to Add:
- To add candidates individually, click the Add button at the top of the Agile ATS screen, then select Create Candidate. This opens a modal where you can paste a LinkedIn profile URL and click Import, or you can drag and drop a resume to auto-populate the information.
- For bulk uploads, click the Add button and select Upload Resumes to open the bulk uploader modal. You can drag and drop files or select them from your desktop. Keep in mind that the parser can process only up to 20 resumes at once, and the LLM will update each candidate's profile accordingly.
