Adding Tags to People
Agile ATS allows users to tag candidates as an easy method to harness the information gained in previous conversations.
To Tag, or Not To Tag?
The intent behind Tags is to only tag candidates with confirmed information, not standard information in their resume. For example, if you see the Certification "CISSP" in a candidate's resume, you don't need to tag them with CISSP, because all resume info is searchable in our Full Text Search feature.
Examples of Good Tags
Tags are best used when you speak with a candidate and confirm data that the candidate wants, needs, or is looking for. For example: "Part Time", "Flex Schedule", "Data Science", or "100k-120k salary". These are all good tags.
Recruiter Hot List
Some recruiters also enjoy tagging candidates with "My Hotlist" or "Joe's Hotlist" or "Joe's Pipeline". These types of tags help recruiters easily search candidates who they've spoken to and have good rapport with.
Deleting and Organizing Tags
Company Admins may manage their Global Tag List from the Configuration Page, under People > Tags. The video below demonstrates how to organize your tags from the Configuration module.
