While it is most common to use simple BOOLEAN searching within Agile ATS, we do support complex, Full Text Search (FTS) as well.
A simple Boolean search example is: (Java or Ruby) and ("software engineer" or "developer")
A complex Boolean search example: ("Java*" or "Ruby*") and ("software engineer"~3 or "developer") — this uses the "rootword" or "Wildcard" search, and a proximity search.
