Creating a New Job

This article demonstrates how to create a new job within Agile ATS.

 

Where to Create From

  1. From the Jobs Module, by clicking the "+" sign in the upper right corner.
  2. Directly from the Hiring Board, by clicking "Add Job".
  3. Directly from a Contract Details Page, by selecting Actions > Add Job.
  4. From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, at the bottom, by clicking Add > Job.

 

Required Fields

There are several required fields when creating a new job. They are required for good reason:

  • Candidate Experience: All of your jobs can be published to your public-facing website via the Agile Onboarding Careers page. By inputting the required fields, you give candidates and applicants a better experience.
  • Compliance: Agile ATS is designed to keep your company AAP, OFCCP, and EEO compliant. By selecting the appropriate labor categories, job type, and number of openings, it enables us to keep you compliant.
