Aside from creating Email Templates for Hiring Stages, users have the option to create "Personal Email Templates". Personal Email Templates are different than your company's "Stage Email Templates", which are sent out on certain hiring stages. Personal Templates are saved for individual users, for their own use.
To create a personal Email Template, begin by clicking the Profile Icon in the upper righthand corner, and selecting "Email Templates".
Personal Templates are designed for the Recruiter or Resource Manager roles to conduct more efficient outreach. The video demonstrates how to create new personal email templates.
