Agile ATS allows users to edit jobs in bulk or individually.
Editing in Bulk
Editing jobs in bulk is an easy way to clean your jobs data. The following fields can be edited in bulk or individually:
- Contract
- Program Lead
- Location
- Location Nickname
- Status
- Clearance Level
- Target Rate
- Max Rate
- EEO Category
- Internal Category
- Job Type
Changing Job Name
Changing the name of a job can be done on a Job Details Page or a Jobs Pop-up Snippet.
Fields You Cannot Edit
- Number of Positions: Number of positions can be set when creating a job. Users may create up to 50 positions for each job. To stay OFCCP and AAP compliant, it is not possible to add more positions to a job after creating it. Users may decrease the number of positions only.
- Job ID: Job ID is a set field that cannot be edited.
