Moving People through hiring stages

On the hiring board, Candidates are depicted by blue colored "Snippets", and Employees are depicted by orange colored "Snippets". Users may simply drag and drop Snippets through the stages. If your company has a Stage Email Template on any stage, an email will pop-up upon dragging a Snippet into the stage.

The video demonstrates that you can:

1. Click Send to send the email template
2. Click the "skip" icon to skip sending the email
3. Click the X icon to cancel moving the Snippet into this stage

Note: At any time, you can double-click to open a Snippet and "Re send" the Stage Email.
