Publishing Jobs
Agile ATS offers companies the ability to post jobs on their company website, where candidates can view jobs and apply.
In order to publish jobs on the careers site, users must perform the following tasks:
- Create the job.
- Verify that the publishable description has been populated and saved.
- Publish the job from the job details page by clicking the Publish button next to the job name.
OR
- Publish the job from the jobs table by checking the box next to the job. Then click on the "With Selected" button. Then click on Publish to Careers Page.
Your Own Jobs Page
Agile ATS issues all customers a Company Jobs Page with your own unique URL — most commonly jobs-yourcompanyname.services.agileonboarding.com/jobs. Your Company Jobs Page can be embedded into your website as an iframe, or configured to pop out in a new tab when prospective candidates click on the "Careers" or "Jobs" tab, within your company website.
The Company Jobs Page is compliant with all standard scraping criteria from 3rd party Jobs sites such as Indeed.com or clearancejobs.com or dice.com, etc.
Internal Job Description VS. Public Job Description:
Agile Onboarding allows companies to post an internal job description for recruiters, and a separate job description for the Company Jobs Page.
This is helpful if there are sensitive terms in the job description that you do not want released, but will help your recruiters find the right person.
Before publishing a job, you must have a "Publishable" job description filled in.
Individual Posts or Bulk Posts
Posting Jobs can be done individually from the "Job Details Page" or a "Jobs Pop-up Snippet".
Posting Jobs can also be done in bulk, by selecting multiple Jobs from the Jobs List, within the Jobs Module, and then hitting "With Selected" -> Bulk Publish.
Required Fields:
Some fields are required in order to post jobs. If you attempt to post jobs without all required fields entered, the system will prompt you to complete before publishing.
