Agile ATS allows users to reject Candidates at any stage of the hiring process. Once candidates are rejected, we offer "Rejection Templates" to notify candidates, or internal stakeholders, that the Rejection has occurred.
To Reject or Withdraw a candidate, simply open their "Board Snippet" from the Hiring Board, and click the "thumbs down" icon.
Candidates can be "Withdrawn" or "Rejected":
Be intentional about selecting Rejection or Withdraw. These are formal OFCCP and AAP compliance terms.
- Withdraw = Candidate removed themself
- Rejected = The company, customer or anyone other than the candidate, rejected the candidate
