This article explains how to make any Hiring Stage a DocuSign stage, so you can send documents directly to Candidates and Employees for execution.
Prior to attempting to set up a DocuSign template, make sure your company has completed the Initial DocuSign Setup to link your account. Once your account is linked, you may create DocuSign envelopes/templates to send.
The first stages of creating a DocuSign Email Template are very similar to Creating a (normal) Email Template.
- Go to the Configuration Module
- Go to the Emails Tab
- Go to the "Stage" Emails Tab
Select the Hiring Stage you'd like to create a DocuSign for, and select "Add Email" to start the template.
